Objectives and Scope:

The main aim of this international symposium is to explore recent advances in stem cell research and how these are being exploited to transform patient care.

About the Symposium

The Symposium is jointly organized by members of the school of clinical medicine, University of Cambridge, the Nuffield department of medicine, oxford university, sunway medical centre, Sunway university, and the Jeffrey cheah school of medicine and health sciences, monash University Malaysia. it features distinguished experts in the areas of stem cell science, technology and application, from renowned global research institutions such as the university of Cambridge, the university of oxford, and monash University, Australia.
speakers will relate their topics to current and emerging healthcare issues in Malaysia and southeast asia, such as the rapid rise in diabetes, cancer and other age-related illnesses. presentations will also cover the recent developments in, and the future potential of, stem cell techniques and therapies.
