Maternity Package Terms & Conditions

• Valid for deliveries between 1 Jan 2024 - 31 December 2024.
• Valid only for mothers giving birth at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City.
• Please be informed that you will still be required to place a deposit upon admission.
• The deposit of RM 500 paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation.
• Valid for both corporate Guarantee Letter (GL) cases and self-paying patients.
• The hospital reserves the right to discontinue or modify any of the Terms & Conditions of the promotion as deemed necessary without prior notification.
• Upon deposit collection, the patient is allowed to redeem the 2D1N stay in Sunway Sanctuary Postnatal Care to try the confinement service.
• TCM Postnatal Womb Care Massage can only be redeemed after delivery.
• TCM teleconsultation can be redeemed at any time upon deposit collection.
• Other exclusive free gifts will be given to the mother upon discharge from the hospital after delivery.

Keep Me Safe Programme Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility:
  • All mothers who give birth at Sunway Medical Centre are eligible to participate in the program.
  • Parents who have paid a booking fee from 15 April 2024 – 30 October 2024 for delivery are eligible to enroll into this program.
• Collection:
  • Valid identification and proof of payment at Sunway Medical Centre are required during the collection.
  • Baby car seat carrier should be collected from the Mums Club (MC) showroom by both parents, in which appointment will be arranged by the Mums Club. The location of the showroom will be advised during the appointment. Parents are required to spend 20 minutes in the showroom, where we will provide helpful insights and information to enhance their parenting experience.
  • Walk-in mothers will be considered on a case-by-case basis. They can send a representative to collect their baby car seat carrier; however, parents must personally come to collect their deposit upon returning the car seat.
• Deposit:
  • A deposit of RM300 is required at the time of collection, regardless of the option chosen (as follows).
• Upon returning:
  • Option A: A fully refundable deposit of RM300 will be paid upon collection.
  • Option B: A deposit of RM300 will be paid upon collection. Parents have the option to convert the deposit into vouchers worth RM1,100 (RM600 for a stroller and RM500 for a car seat) at MC Showroom only.
• Refund Process:
  • The full deposit will be refunded when the baby car seat carrier is returned in its original condition, and in good condition, after nine months of usage (based on the baby's date of birth).

Disclaimer

• For normal delivery, the promotion includes room charges, admin charges, nursing fee, standard hospital supplies and labour room charges for both mother and newborn baby.
• For Caesarean delivery, the promotion includes room charges, admin charges, nursing fee, standard hospital supplies, operating theatre and anaesthetic charges for both mother & newborn baby.
• This package only covers epidural charges. In the event that patient requires general anaesthesia, additional charges incurred will be levied.
• The above maternity promotion are for normal procedures and items commonly used by doctors only. In the case of complications, the package price will not be applicable. The amount will be as charged for extended length of stay which could result in the use of additional medical supplies, lab/ imaging tests, drugs or supplement and/or additional procedures, in excess of those stated in the packages.
• If the newborn baby requires NICU care, additional charges will be incurred.
• Additional surcharge shall be levied after office hours and on Sunday/ public holidays.
