Sunway Medical Centre became the first private hospital in Malaysia to be awarded accreditation by The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) on the 14th of February 2019. The RCPA is a professional organisation dedicated to training and supporting pathologists and senior scientists, as well as improving the use of pathology testing for better healthcare outcomes. This accreditation ensures that our laboratories meet rigorous quality standards, demonstrating technical expertise, accurate and reliable test results, adherence to best practices, and a commitment to ongoing quality improvement.
