Terms & Conditions:
- This programme is only valid until 5 October 2025.
- This card is for accumulating stamps for the purpose of goodie redemption at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City Kuala Lumpur (SMC)
- You will earn 1 stamp for each visit to a Paediatric Consultant at SMC, after payment has been made.
- Once you collect 10 stamps, you are eligible to redeem a goodie.
- You must present your completed card at our Customer Service counter (Tower B, Ground Floor) to claim your goodie.
- Goodies are subject to availability. If they run out, patients can leave their contact details and will be notified when they become available.
- This card and its stamps are non-transferable, non-assignable and for the exclusive use of the cardholder.
- In the event the card is lost, all previously earned stamps will be forfeited.
- Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions in accordance with any changes in circumstances or regulations.
