- Presentation of a physical SunMed Cherish Card or Member ID during registration is compulsory.
- Health screening must be completed between 1 January to 31 March 2025 to be automatically enrolled in the monthly lucky draw.
- This campaign is only available to SunMed Cherish Club members who utilise their 30% discount on Female Packages, Male Packages or Specialist Packages.
- Each participant is entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry.
- Winners will be notified via their registered email addresses or phone numbers.
- In the event of that prizes are unavailable, winners will receive a gift of equal or higher value.
